While at work today a few customers came in. One man had a ‘southern drawl’ and another man had an oxygen tank with a regular accent. I had served them many times but rarely talked to them. As I was making one of their drinks I felt the Lord say, “They are not originally from here. They are from the east coast.”

As I was finishing the drink I said to the younger man, “Hey, this might be a weird question but-- are you and your family originally from the east coast?” He looked at me shocked and said, “Yes.. Well, I was born there and my dad spent most of his life away. What gave us away? How did you know?”

I responded, “Well, it’s kind of weird but sometimes I get impressions and pictures from God for people that turn out to be true.”

The man responded politely but picked up his drink and walked away. Although he wasn’t very open, the Lord gave me a word of knowledge. I’m hoping the power encounter will drive this man crazy with curiosity to the point of seeking the truth.
