Our family is fortunate enough to have no debt (other than our house) but definitely feel the sacrifice and weight of one income providing for 3 children and a stay-at-home mom. In the last year, here are a few ways the Lord has provided in the year of Jubilee:
- We called to place a $1000 deposit on our first family vacation and our deposit had already been paid for!
- We had a friend watch our kids for 5 hours and when we came home, she didn't charge us...$50
- When OU won against OSU and got to go to the Big 12 championship game,my husband automatically got a bonus of several thousand dollars!(How sweet for the Lord to use his favorite thing to provide for his family)...
- A sweet friend has been living with us and providing our babysitting for 11 months now...over $1,320 savings
- And the biggest praise, my husband hit his sales goal at work...so he got his bonus money plus a free Ipad. Praise Jesus!
