My d-group decided to go on a treasure hunt one night and we ended up at Wal-Mart. I had gotten the picture of a long brown braid, and while walking around, I saw a woman working for Wal-Mart with a brown braid wrapped up in a bun. Initially I told myself it didn’t count, since it was in a bun, but I felt the Lord calling me back to her so strongly I had to give in. I told my d-group what I’d seen and what I felt from the Lord and we went back to talk to her. We told her who we were and asked her if she wanted prayer for anything. Sure enough, she had a shoulder that was hurt that was preventing her from doing her work at Wal-Mart and was causing discomfort. We all got around her and prayed for her. Then she thanked us and we went on our way. Sometime later, a girl from my d-group’s roommate went on a treasure hunt to the same Wal-Mart. She came back and told my d-group buddy that she had gotten brown braid for a clue, which led her to a lady who worked at the store. She asked if she could like prayer for anything and the lady said something along the lines of, “Of course you can pray for me! I met some people from your church who prayed for my shoulder a few weeks back, and I was totally healed!” So not only did the Lord heal her, but He also used people from our church to let us know about it! How Great is He!?
