Your interest in attending our school of discipleship is very exciting to all of us. We are confident you are in store for a "life transforming experience".

We would be honored to get the opportunity to join with God in seeing your life transformed for His glory. The application below may seem thorough, but it gives us the best picture of the strengths and weaknesses in your life. The exact ones we desire to develop for the glory of God.

Please be as honest as you can, and fill out the application completely.

All information given in this application is confidential and will only be read by NormCom staff directly involved in the approval and enrollment process.

There are 2 ways to apply to LTx.

Applications and reference forms can be obtained in person at the NormCom office 
or submitted online using the form below and on the LTx reference form page.

PLEASE NOTE: Each applicant must submit 2 reference forms to complete the application process. One reference form must come from your current Missional Community Leader. The applicant may use their discretion on who they ask to fill out the second form.

Applications are not processed until we receive two completed reference forms for each applicant.
