I'm in a place where I want the Lord to do whatever, wherever, however. And, He's been faithful to do that. My work has been a place where I've seen His favor in ridiculous amounts and has really put it on my heart to encounter Him there. We got news that my boss's sister was having really bad internal bleeding and didn't know why, and couldn't stop it. They thought she was going to die, and as soon as I heard the news, I felt in my bones that this was the place the Lord wanted to move. So I immediately started praying, relayed to my d-group and family so their church could be praying, and left it at that. The next night I was with part of my d-group before Prayer Furnace, and they asked if we could all pray together for her. They laid hands on me like I was her and we prayed, and I felt the Lord. I saw a picture of her sitting in the hospital, grabbing the covers and throwing them over to the side and walking out just fine. The next day I talked to my manager, and she tells me her sister stopped bleeding!!! She was stable and waiting to figure out if she would have to have a really risky surgery. And then, the next thing I find out, 4 days later, is that she's home, stable and just waiting to find out whether or not she'll have the surgery. I'm still praying that she won't need it.

But to go from dying, to stable, to home in less than a week...talk about Jehovah Raphe.
