As a community we meet together in three distinct levels of church life:

Celebrations :: everyone, once or twice per month

Our celebrations are an exciting and joyful place for the whole community to come together.
We celebrate who God is and what He is doing among us. Here one can expect a space to connect with others in our community, passionate worship, hear faith-building testimonies, hear teaching that encourages and challenges, and a ministry time for healing and prayer. All of these components are designed to support our Missional Communities.

Whatever your stage of life—even if you are just curious about God—you are welcome to join us at a Celebration!

Missional Communities :: groups of 15-30, 3-4 times per month

Missional communities are the primary way we connect with others and live our lives on mission. These smaller groups of people provide an opportunity to know others and be known within NormCom. Through these relationships, we mutually challenge and encourage one another to truly believe our identity in Christ and live life in rhythms that show the world who God truly is.

Each missional community has identified their unique mission within the larger community and meets regularly to eat, learn, pray and be together on mission, living out the Gospel in real and tangible expressions.

Whether you consider yourself part of the NormCom family -- or if you're just checking out what it looks like to live as Jesus lived -- it is our desire that everyone would be an active member in one of these communities that bring life, healing and growth.

Discipleship Groups :: groups of 3-5, gender specific, weekly

Commonly referred to as D-Groups, Discipleship Groups focus on learning how to live like Jesus. Typically, these groups meet weekly, or every other week, and are made up of 3-5 people of the same gender. The group meetings include: Reading the scriptures, listening to Jesus, faithfully responding to Him over time, and praying for and loving our friends who don’t yet know Jesus. These groups are organized at the Missional Community. If you are interested in joining a Discipleship Group, simply contact your Missional Community leader and they'll walk you through the expectations and steps to join a group.
