The other day I was with my friend who doesn't know Jesus yet. She began sharing with me how she was battling this overwhelming feeling of fear that was actually upsetting her physically. I asked her if we could pray for it to leave. She said sure. We began to pray and as we did (we were outside) the wind picked up to an unbelievable gust. It just kept gusting and she started laughing. It was a deep, deep belly laugh and I was laughing right with her. God completely released heavenly joy into the moment, almost like He just blew it in from heaven on the spot. It went on for quite some time. After the wind and our laughter calmed down a bit she (with a totally changed countenance) said, "What was that?" I said, "That was God and His sweet Spirit." She said, "The fear is gone! It’s gone! I feel so free!" Totally, totally fun! His perfect love casts out fear!!!!
